While eLearning can be used to mean any course or training delivered electronically, it often more specifically refers to those courses delivered using software that produces highly engaging, interactive courses, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate. This page includes samples of Storyline and Rise courses.

Problem Solved: Pisces Aquatic Sales hires many part-time employees; Betta fish sales represent a notable percentage of their sales. Unfortunately, the part-time employees do not know how to help customers buy appropriate equipment to care for their fish.

Solution: This course provides awareness of key Betta fish characteristics so that employees can adequately inform customers about their potential pet and persuade them to buy one. It also trains the learner how to care for Betta fish so that they can guide customers to purchase the correct equipment and upsell products needed for proper care.

Solution: This course provides awareness of hiring, recruiting, and interviewing best practices so that the company may hire superior employees and trains recruiters to effectively target and enlist superior employees.

Problem Solved: Alliance Health, Inc. plans to incorporate storytelling into its peer recovery center. The Peer Recovery Specialists are already extensively trained in group facilitation and motivational interviewing, but need guidance on how to tell their stories, how to encourage others to tell their stories, and the benefits, process, and ultimate empowerment of storytelling as a part of recovery.

Solution: This course provides awareness of the definition of recovery storytelling and direction on how to incorporate it.
